Peace!
As the spring season gardening system gets underway, we are taking a look back at my Fall and Winter garden. With a little more space, we were able to grow a bit more than usual given the limited amount of space currently.
With two 4 by 8 beds and a nice sized patio, we grew:
Broccoli
Amanda Leaf Lettuce
Garlic ( still in process )
Kale
Citronella
Dill
Parsley
Sage
Chives
Citronella
Onions
Spinach
Lemons ( still in process )
Seems like a lot of work, but I assure you, this season was rather easy. Still growing for only you and maybe another person is quite a bit. We found ourselves giving a lot away. I still need to get more into canning to preserve more harvests
Despite our yields growing, we still have a lot to learn about Fall gardening. Next time around, I will grow more of what I think I will eat, and diversify my plants a bit more. To inspire you, check out our Fall garden in review below. Be sure to follow me on Instagram
