Easy to Make Vegan Lasagna

“Easy vegan lasagna with only 5 ingredients (plus spices). This is the easiest vegan lasagna I could think of & it’s delicious.”

Peace Fam! I hope this post finds you well. I have mentioned before that I have learned to really cook in this last few years. I have no formal training, I just love finding vegan recipes and seeing if I can make them for myself. Just this year, I made lasagna for the first time. Lasagna always intimidated me. I would purchase the boxed lasagnas in the past, but I always thought, I have to learn to make this someday. Finally, not only have I learned to make a decent one, it’s a vegan lasagna!   This recipe: Easy to make Uses cheap ingredients Vegan Perfect for vegan meal prep ideas I loved this recipe, and I think if I make lasagna again, I will put more veggies, however, I am so glad that I was finally able to make my own vegan lasagna. Let me know if you made this recipe and comment below! vegan lasagna
