My pepper harvests are in abundance. So much that I really have no idea what to do with them. Searching around the internet, I found this lovely recipe for hot sauce from Arcadian Mermaid. If you grew a ton of habaneros or you buy them in store, this is a great recipe to make a delicious hot sauce at home.
Depending on the color of your habaneros this sauce can be mild with a kick, or super hot. Some of my habaneros were green, and later in the season, I decided to wait until they turned red and made the sauce again, and it’s much hotter this time around. So, it’s definitely up to you how hot you would like your sauce to be.
