Hope this post finds you well. I love making smoothies. It’s a great way to get some fruit into my body quickly. I have been venturing out lately to find more smoothie recipes, and found this great mango ginger smoothie one that I wanted to share with you.

Smoothies made with fruits and veggies can help with heart health, give you an immunity boost, increased energy, and enhance the absorption of nutrients, according to the Green Blender.

Benefits of Mangoes

Mangoes are great fruits with tons of benefits if you eat them regularly. I added them to my smoothie because I neededd something sweet. According to Food.ndtv.com mangoes can:

  • Give you an immunity boost
  • help you lose weight
  • Promote healthy skin
  • Rich in Vitamin A

Benefits of Bananas

Bananas were the last fruit I used to help give the smoothie a better consistency. Bananas are also very good for you and have many benefits. They are: 

  • They are high in fiber
  • Help with blood pressure
  • Great source of potassium
  • Digestion health
