Hope this post finds you well. I love making smoothies. It’s a great way to get some fruit into my body quickly. I have been venturing out lately to find more smoothie recipes, and found this great mango ginger smoothie one that I wanted to share with you.

Benefits of Mangoes
Mangoes are great fruits with tons of benefits if you eat them regularly. I added them to my smoothie because I neededd something sweet. According to Food.ndtv.com mangoes can:

Benefits of Bananas
Bananas were the last fruit I used to help give the smoothie a better consistency. Bananas are also very good for you and have many benefits. They are:
- They are high in fiber
- Help with blood pressure
- Great source of potassium
- Digestion health

- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
Ingredients

- Mixed all ingredients except cinnamon into a blender. Add sprinkle of cinnamon on top and drink.
