“These Nasoya vegan dumplings are a great option when you want good vegan food fast. Learn more today as we review how good they are.”
This is KB with another quick recipe. I normally love to cook from scratch, but sometimes I admit to buying pre-made food to help save on time. There are not many options as a vegan, but these days there seem to be more and more companies catering to the vegan market with fresh, delicious options that aren’t full of chemicals and preservatives. Avoiding these chemicals are what encourages me to cook as much as I can, but if you are short on time, next time you are in the grocery store, check out the vegan section and grab these dumplings.
For a quick meal, they are a great option. They have two options: tofu vegetable, and Thai basil vegetable. My favorite was the Thai basil. I do not particularly like tofu. Pair them with some Thai chili sauce and they were good. I do not suggest using them as a meal prep, they didn’t hold very well. They are definitely a cook and eat it now type of food.
You can also add them to a meal. We made them with some veggie eggrolls using another Nasoya product. I think they are a great appetizer, or snack. The ingredients were also easy to read, and pronounce. My drawback with the dumplings were that they contained palm oil, which use is linked to climate change, animal cruelty, and indigenous rights abuses.
I was able to find these dumplings in the vegan section of the store. You could probably find them there, or go to their website to find where to buy near you.
